Stock Main and Pilot Jet Sizing
Whoever had my ninja before me performed a bang-up job on rebuilding the carbs complete with unlabeled pilot and main jets.
Does anyone know the sizing of the stock pilot jet and the main jet on the EX250F? I want to buy a pair to compare sizes. Right now my bike runs extremely rich (causing it to eventually die on idle). I figured I might as well see about going back to the stock and working from there, but maybe a jet kit would be a better investment (My ninja has an aftermarket airbox filter and exhaust). |

38 pilot 105 main and N16I needles were stock OEM sizes
get a jet kit and you'll likely repeat the mistake with unmarked jets

No aftermarket jet kits will work. They're all sized for big-bore 368cc upgrades and/or turbos. Best to get factory OEM sized jets from authorised Kawasaki dealer only! Or send them to ducatiman for expert restoration.

Jetsrus sells real Keihin jets. Bought from them couple times.
