I picked 300 only because i would rather have a digital display and FI on my 250. Yes i know i can upgrade it, and i will eventually since i already own the bike outright.

I'd go for a 250 since I'm emotionally attached to that one and I have abandonment issues.

The way slipper clutch works should make it impossible.

When its opens it kind of synchronizes the flywheel and output shaft before it applies power.

It doesn't even chirp. It just feels like it slowly engages. It generally works as advertised, but at times feels a little slow to fully engage, making it feel like you're slipping the clutch or wearing it in a way.

It does a good job of preventing rear wheel lockup no matter how ham-handed you get while downshifting quickly. But it does feel different than a track-focused one as fitted to a 10R or 6R.

when i test rode it, i was trying hard to lock up the rear. it was really hard. best i could do was lift it up with the front brake right as i dropped the clutch. i didn't notice any slip when clutchless upping it. i liked it alot.

have you checked on the condition of the clutch plates at all yet on your bike @Alex?

That was when the bike was new, and it still has less than 2K miles on it. I'd hope and expect that the plates remain a-ok for along time to come.
