As for the lady who fell in the fountain. It seems now that she has herself a lawyer and is looking into the possibility of a lawsuit. I believe it will be against the security guards for 2 things: not sending anyone to make sure she was alright, and for posting this on youtube. Gotta love the sUeSA.

This whole thing is a real trip. We have "Distracted Everything"

A couple of days ago, I was run down in our local Super Market by an incredibly obese woman using one of the market's electric shopping carts. She was jabbering away on her cell phone. She hit my non electric shopping cart. Another customer saw the whole thing, and we had a great laugh while she proceeded down the aisle Jabbering away. She must have thought she was at an amusement park riding bumper cars. Be careful when you shop.

Boyfriend and girlfriend were having an argument. Girlfriend was walking and texting boyfriend. Boyfriend was driving while responding to her texts. Turns out he runs her over while they were both looking at their phones.

I watched this on the news the other day, and all I could think of was those car commercials where they say "and this was the last thing she was texting before she died"

In this case "This was the last thing she texted before she fell into a mall fountain and got humiliated on national television" R.I.P. to her cell phone, now its swimmin with the penny's, dimes, nickles, and whatever else is in that damn fountain.
