New from Panama City FL
Hi everyone. I have been reading the forum for a couple of weeks now and went out and bought a 2007 250 with 2500 miles on it.
I am just getting back into street bikes after about a 20 year layoff. I did my job and the kids are now raised and on their own. So the new purchase. I consider myself a new rider again. I bought the 250 because I hope to get my girlfriend interested in riding and figured it would be a good way for both of us to have some fun and meet some new people. I haven't put many miles on it yet but have found it to be a fun ride so far. If anyone lives in the area and would like to meet up some time just let me know. I'm 46 but still like to get out and have fun. I have found reading through the forum that it seems like there are some really nice people here. Here is a picture of my new to me bike. It is completely stock and ready to ride. |

Awesome 07, last of the 20 year breed. Go north my son away from the beach and go-kart tracks and I-10 and find you some beauty roads to ride blissfully at one with the appalachicola or something (bit east but sounds nice). Welcomr young man.

Welcome Mike, that's a beautiful bike!
If you're just getting back into riding after a long hiatus, I highly recommend taking a MSF course to brush up on your basics (and maybe even learn a new thing or two).
