You're best off getting a new chain, in the grand scheme of things they aren't ridiculously expensive so long as you maintain them properly they should last you a good deal of time (about to swap mine around 9k mi)

kinks in the chain that are tighter or looser than the rest of the chain are signs of wear that the chain should likely be replaced, I treat them like wear bars on tires it's the sign that you should swap it out but you can get more life out of it if you really want to though you start risking your safety as chains like that start to loosen very quickly after tightening and can fall off the rear sprocket and cause all sorts of hell that you don't want or worse break (though that's a bit less likely)

Try this "only if" you feel the chain is saveable.

1.5qt of gear oil
.5 gallon of diesel

Mix 2 together in a bucket.
Soak chain in mix overnight or longer
Inspect every link to ensure free movement.

Install, lube & run the chain for a bit and check for slack every now and then. If problem persists or the chain will not stay within spec slack, it's time for a new one.

Good luck!
