Wink Attention from the ladies...

I was riding my '08 Ninja 250 around town last night. Two ladies gave me the "whoo hoo!" on two separate occasions. One was hot, the other not so hot - but still flattering! Is it me or the bike?

Hard to say. On the bike would someone of the female persuasion say you are hot or not so hot?

Maybe one thought the bike was hot, and the other thought you were hot. Now comes the question did the hot one think you were hot, or did the not hot one think you were hot.

In "Scent of a Woman" Al Pacino gave the ladies the "Hoo Wa", but he was blind. I assume these women weren't.

Anyway good to be noticed, bad to be unnoticed (by people in cars at intersections).

My bike is all rusty and covered in dirt but I stopped by a convenience store this morning and what I think was a "cougar" started praising my "brand new bike."

10K miles, bald tires, and well over a year old... the 250 still looks so good that even when rusted and dirty people still assume it's brand new.

Well, I crossed the country and rode thousands of miles in the rain. The serious rust on the heat shield is because the coating was not sealed properly. The rust in a couple other spots are probably from commuting daily to a graveyard shift where it gets soaked with condensation every morning. That also causes the excessive dirt because the dew/dry cycle attracts dust and condenses it to a thick layer of dirt building up in about a week's time.

What can I say? I actually USE mine.

You laugh, but a guy near here (I think Ocala) was recently arrested while riding drunk and naked. He had no idea why he was on his bike or where his clothes were

But it's an insurance commercial. Of course they are going to glamourize full gear... it lowers their payout and increases their profits!

That sounds like a win win for both parties. They don't lose money and the rider stays safe/safer.

Hehe, that's disturbing for sure....but I bet you if he was coherent enough to remember, he'd tell you that he got plenty of cat calls!

How were you flirted with while riding your ninjette??

I was riding today and a lady (prob like mid to late 30's) in a really nice newer beamer asked where a road is... i told her i didnt know, she smiled flirtatiously and said nice bike anyways busted a u-turn and headed the other direction. Before she asked i saw her checking me and the bike out and even tho she was very pretty i spotted her wedding ring as she turned away..... i couldve asked if she wanted me to help her get there but im betrothed. Was nice to be flirted with and was very obvious any other stories?

Happens all too often for me as well! Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever had any girls flirt with me while on the motorcycle. Not cool enough, I guess, hahaha.
