What Quality brake pads should I buy?
Which brake pads should I grab and from which website?
I saw some bad reviews on the ebc which seem to be the most common. I run vesrah on my 1k, no issues with squealing or anything. Was curious if there was a favorite for the 2008+ 250r within this community.

You can't go wrong with EBC HH pads for the Ninjette.

I forgot to ask, are the pads identical rear and front? Or would it be 2 different model numbers to buy 2 sets?
If I bought 2 sets of these would I be good to go? http://www.amazon.com/EBC-Brakes-FA1...2008+ninja+250

I have raced EBC HH on the 250 for the past 2yrs without a single issue. If you can't lift the rear, then the install, bleed or bedding in is wrong. Yes, the brakes are the same front and rear and yes, those are what you're after in the EBC line.
Do yourself a favor and give them some time to bed in based on your riding habits. I bed in a new set on the track once... scariest 2 laps of my life before they started to really bite.

EBC HH, or if your really hard on your brakes, then HH EXTREME.
Be sure to service the calipers as well. And when you need a rotor, either go with a full floating, or wave.
