ZX-6R forum

Any good recommendations? This forum is awesome; I'd like to find something equivalent for the Ninja ZX-6R. And other good resource/info sites for it.

I don't think any other bike forum will be nearly as fun and interesting as the Ninjette forum is. It seems like forums with the bigger bikes have a lot more chest thumping and ego/macho stuff.

They are good places to find technical info or fix it instructions. But not so much for the conversation - imho.

Not that I've lived around motorbike forums for very long, but overall 250 forums (this one being the best) seem to have a much better community. In the zx6r forums, there's a lot of 'how can I get my zx6r to beat my friend's gxr/rr/etc'.

The one thing that I miss already, it being able to go WOT on a curve without worry. The sound of the engine scream, etc. I have to really watch the throttle on this 636.

This has been the only 'zx6r' community I've liked so far. I've not liked any other zx6r forum whether it's because of the community, or the terrible management. Don't take Alex's hard work and generosity lightly, he does an amazing job.

Indeed. I keep seeing that someone is actually tagging my posts as helpful. I've been an administrator on other forums for like ten years, and I've never once actually seen anyone use all those features. I assume this is the admins doing this.

I wish the folks running every forum cared that much.

I can't take credit for all of the helpful ratings, at a certain point (many, many posts), users are able to rate other posts here. It seems to have taken off and been relatively, well, helpful.

Why not a new subforum for zx6r's, here at ninjette?
