No idea how to install LED turn signals

So, I've bought the Diode kit and a new Triton EP34 relay, but I'm stuck at the wiring part. I've already removed the stock turn signals so now there's just the black/yellow and green wires hanging off my bike. I bought two pairs of LEDs, one that has a blue wire and green wire (for the rear), and one that has a black wire and a yellow wire (for the front). Also they have a round connection point instead of the square kind on the stock ones. If some one could tell me were to plug in what and how that would be great.

These were the ones I bought:

How to install your diode

Triton EP34:
You'll need to wire a grounder to the frame.

Turn Signals:
First you'll need to figure out which wire belongs where. Just plug in the wires into the connector and test out the signal. Nothing comes on? Switch the wires around. As for getting the right connectors and stuff, just use the wire and connector from the stock signals. Connect your LED wires to the stock wiring and wrap it with electrical tape. Then connect the oem connector to the oem female. If you can get us some pictures of the LED wiring, we can help you get the right connectors for a cleaner setup. But for now, thats what I would do.

This is how I wired mine for now. Wasn't sure if I was gonna stick with these signals so I didn't feel like doing any splicing yet. If ever I want to do a cleaner setup, I would strip the wires and put some type of quick release connector where my electrical tape. But for now, this'll do.
