I believe 808 is the area code for Hawaii. I forget the phone # system when I was in england but US #'s are ten digits, first 3 being an area code.

Why not do it now? its never too late, start going to track days, learn, progress and then race. I just started going to the track and hope to start racing this year. I turn 40 this year as well

That makes me feel better... I been wanting to track day, but felt I was too old to start now, and maybe part of a mid-life crisis.
PS- I'll be 40 in July. Although I doubt I'll ever be able to afford to race a full season, hard enough to get xtra cash for 1 track day, w/ having to feed my 5 kids
