OK - there is a link to "Most Helpful Answers" in the Quick Links menu. I'm feeling smug as I was able to code it in a separate plug-in rather than hardcoding it into the navbar template.

One question: what is the meaning of Average Rating and the percentage next to it?

Percentage of thumbs up / thumbs down. EDIT: The way it looks, it's not really an average. It's the number of positive ratings.

It means that if I vote down every post made my ryan.chin (like I have a habit of doing) that gets averaged in. If someone were to mark one of those same posts as helpful, it would show up as 50% because 1 of 2 members would have found it helpful. I think.

The mod can be tweaked to rate posts from 1-10, and then the "average" column makes more sense. But I think that adds more complication than necessary, and prefer the simple thumbs up/thumbs down.

I'm only good in the music and word association threads in the off-topic section of the forum, LOL. If this was a music forum, I'd totally win! Err... maybe. Also, I can't really contribute to too much of the discussions, since I'm a noob and I don't know that much about motorcycles, hence my semi-lurk status.
