You hate cooking !!

At this time of year it makes my life soo busy.
320 rooms with Christmas socks with 10 pieces home made cookie = 3200 pieces
12 mt square gingerbread house for the lobby to be used as festive season office...almost 2000 pieces/tiles.
200 kg egg whites & 100 kg icing sugar for the "mortar"
I still got to get through 24 & 25 December yet !!!
But after 30 years i am still enjoying seeing the kids smiles.

You bet people eat it!!! We are constantly replacing tiles even though we have sacks of candy & gingerbread inside.
The entire lobby smells like a freshly opened packet of gingersnap cookies.Its nice to have a little xmas cheer away from home.
