New indicators from China (with photos) for scrutineering.
What do people think of the modern indicator replacement for the pre-gen? Love it or lose it?

I imagine the wiring for the turn signals is the same for both pre and new gen. Got these for my new gen and they work great

The turn signals are definitely shorter than stock, but I found them to fit perfect. Definitely didn't have any issues with screws or anything. The set I bought was literally the "take out old, replace with new, have a beer" kind of plug and play. I already owe pictures in a few different areas of the forum but I'll add this to the list I'll get a side profile shot of the signal for you

I made some plates that cover up the holes and installed a set of proton turn signals that were made for another bike (ZX-6 I think). |

change of plan.
I'm now using an abs platic cement to patch over the hole where the rubbers mounted to the fairing. I'll then drill new holes in the original black plastic mount and then mount the new indicators. I love abs plastic cement. It creates new plastic right where you need it!I'll follow up with some photos of what I've done later on ...
