Hugger?

What exactly is the point of a hugger? Is it necessary for a 2012 Ninja?

Ahhh!

Some purposes are to improve looks and keep the rear shock area cleaner. They are not required.

From the side view of my bike there is a spot near the rear suspension where you can see all the way through to the other side. Kind of looked incomplete without a hugger. I know it sounds stupid but it bothered me quite a bit.

The CBR hugger blocks out that spot and makes the bike look more complete and sporty. Plus it keeps the underside of my tail and suspension a lot more clean when riding in the rain.

I just got a second hugger from him, The first one did not fit after I put a 4.5 rim and 150 tire. The second one is just as solid and good looking as the first. You will not regret buying one from him. Go to ebay and look for huggers or for Scott, I don't remember the number he uses.

He sells different sizes. Make sure your getting the size you want/need. I ordered the larger size just in case I went to a larger tire. It doesn't look bad on the stock size either.

In case you can't find his ebay listings. His email is swings5@comcast.net

Send an email to swings5@comcast.net and ask for some hugger pics. Hes got a big and small version, im getting the small version.

He makes the best huggers around imo.
