Gotta love the killer outdoor cats. I used to have a one-eyed, all white cat that could kill just about anything and get into fights with whatever he couldn't kill. Hense the one eye... I could never figure out how he was so successful; he stuck out like a sore thumb umungst the vegetation and didn't have any depth perception. He lived to a ripe old age of 15.

One of my cats only runs after she uses the litter box. She sprints out of it and runs across the living room into the master bedroom. We don't even have to be in the room to know she just used it.

I think my cat is fast. One day I walked home and it smelled like ****. There was a dead rabbit under my bed. So he's fast enough to catch rabbits.

Perhaps the best way to test the speed of a cat in motion is with a simplified list of criteria upon which one may accurately evaluate their cat.

As an avid cat research analyst, I propose that we grade the physical prowess of each cat on a number of simple proficiencies.

-- climbing speed (vertical)
-- running speed (jogging pace, trundling quickly about in the underbrush)
-- sprinting speed (chasing prey, being manic)
-- my tail is on fire speed (I do not advocating setting fire to any cats)
-- balance (cat walking along string at low speed.

I propose the aforementioned criterion in addition to typical cat brain developmental skills (math, writing/punctuation, world-history, and a general knowledge of interpersonal behavioral psychology amongst cats living in close proximity to eachother.)

With this data we can ascertain a ranking for our cats, and tailor their personal workout routines to each cat to fully unlock the potential within them to grow and become the best cat that they can be.

lol TC

Cinnamon oil on the bum will double the speed of any cat. I am not cat expert, but I did play one on TV.

My cat is as fast as my bike because it's bolted to the frame.

Oh, wait, that's the cat converter.

Never mind.

Speaking of which, I think it's broken. No matter how many cats I stuff in there nothing useful comes out. I'd expect at least a decent Dachshund or something.

two tubes of equal length. one end has tuna, the other end 20 feet away has an exit. both cats begin at the start of the tube, tuna is presented, then directly after the vacuum cleaner is turned on. first cat out the tube wins and is given cat nip while the other cat watches. races every hour.

Where's the registration booth? I have one cat that is ready and waiting to enter the competition and beat the ever-living-isht out of any contenders.

Fact. My cat is more like a cat than any cat I know.
