Keeps cutting out when turning on and very poor throttle response, assuming it's way too lean till it's at the dyno ?

With stock jetting? If so, then yea... don't run it too much until you get it tuned.

Think he could possibly on holiday as he's not replied to my email about getting a map, he offered me it in the past before I had the system.

FI or carbs it's the same deal, simply put jetting or mapping needs to match the intake/exhaust. And yes, running an extremely lean mix can cause damage, but I don't wanna make it out like your bike will explode or anything. After all, they are gunna run it at the dyno to make adjustments and tune it.

Give Kerry his due holiday. I know area p works hard to support their customers, he will get to you as soon as he can.

I suppose your right the Dyno will be reving etc whilst doing it so it cant be too bad, but out of ocd-ness il just wait. Hopefully get it in this month, no rush though, all that salt on the roads atm is cancer for the bike.

Haha yeah he's always very prompt and helpful, i figured he was on a break and deservedly so!
