Frankenbike- with the Sportster mufflers, Honda 929 mirrors, and Suzuki tail, only Yamaha is not represented on the bike. Paint is sorely needed- it's been a harlequin since i've had it, but that's next on the list.

The road is part of my normal "spirited ride" route and I've actually managed to get pulled by the popo there doing ~4.4x the speed limit mid corner in the middle of the night.

Finally got off and took some pictures...this was on Hwy 1 between Ventura and Santa Barbara. Weather was sunny and in the low 60s; not bad for early February. The picture came out pretty nice for a cheap phone (LG Motion 4G).

All painted up man and I think that really would look unique. The tail fits surprisingly well.

Bought on December 26th. I've put about 700 miles on her so far. Weather has NOT been cooperating.

I start my MSF class tonight, pretty excited!

Mods so far:

Ebay dark tinted double bubble
Progrip gel grips
Danmoto Carbon GP slip-on
Shorty Ebay levers
Seat Cowl
Motodynamics Smoked tail light
Hotbodies TAG Fender Eliminator
Rim Tape
Progrip tank pad
Ebay footpegs
OEM frame sliders (previous owner installed them)

Love it so far. Everything I wanted and expected. Just wish it would hurry up and warm up!

My next mods will be jet kit, K&N pod air filter and new tires (probably Michelin Pilot Street Radials) and flush mount front signals. About those signals - I need a diode kit or something right since I have a LED tail light? I'm gonna order those things from modmy250 or whatever but I want to be sure I get everything I need so I don't run into issues.
