Riverview Hospital

It was a mental hospital dating back to the early 1900's and began phasing out of commission in the 80's, and only recently fully closed in May of 2013. Suffice is to say that questionable treatments for mental illnesses happened in this facility.

Oh must abide by rule it must be a pic taken after the challenge was issued, but I sure do like my Next 140 Miles twisty road sign.

Ha, yes. This is one of the most filmed-at locations here in Vancouver, BC. Good eye for catching that detail. For Supernatural in particular, they film quite a lot here, so be on the lookout for more Riverview Hospital cameos!

I noticed that in the listing. San Diego Convention Center is another one that crops up in a lot of films. I'm weird, I like knowing little details like that in films. Thanks for posting up your pic!

Yep, total fail. Stupid phone. The catch is that it has to be at night when the signs are lit up. My stupid camera/phone can't seem to focus in those conditions, at least not when the battery is dying.
