Tube with amber stuff in it?

I was starting up the bike today and notice a tube on the left side below the seat/gas tank area. Does anyone know what is it? What's its function and should I be worried about it?

Need some clarification and thank you in advance. See attached pcitures

That collects oil that gets blown back into the stock air box. If I am not mistaken you are supposed to remove it to let excess fluid drain once in a while.

+1

You can literally just pull it off with your fingers. I don't know why they bother with the spring clip because it's just a slip fit, no barb or anything. It does it no good at all.

Also, you probably want to put some paper towels down there cause it's a nasty coagulated mixture of water and oil and other dirt haha.
