It's been a while but I don't think so, I was standing in front of the Redodo Peer sign. I walked down the steps to the right of the peer and found a little beach bar with a ton of beer on tap.

ohhhh riiiight... I normally hang at hermosa or manhattan pier. it's too fishy at the redondo pier. :P
there's a btter bar/brewery near there. just down pch a bit more. if you're heading into town i'll drop the info.

I would love to come out there. I have a penny jar next to my desk that says cali trip. It's earmarked for a 2 day camp and laguna but I could be convinced to stay a while longer.

And..... I will take all the help I can get. I did do a track day last weekend and I hope I brushed off most of what was holding me back. I was about 2-3 seconds slower than my best lap. I figure, if I can get over the corner speed of an r-shizzle, the 250 shouldn't be so bad. We will see, round 3 is in a few weeks.

UMMMMMMMM, WELL THERE'S YOUR ANSWER...
you've got it all backwards, the corner speed on your 250 should be getting you used to the R sh!tz... two fiddy's are faster in turns.

That's it @Rexbo, I only remember it because I threw a pen and hit a tap and that is the beer I drank. It was the best beer I ever had and don't remember it's name or brand. lol FAIL!

I had a ****ing fantastic time this weekend everybody - I'm so glad to have made it out and raced with you. That track was a trip but it grew on me a lot over the weekend and I can't wait to return again. I expect all of the MRA guys to hound each and every one of the 250 racers to come down and hang out with us this October at CVMA. We need to get an epic grid going!

Thank you so much to you for your hospitality and good times and thanks to my CVMA crew for being such an enjoyable traveling family. Especially Fogle to kicking us in the ass to do this and taking all of our **** out! What a champ.

They were a blast! Looks like there were a lot of good battles throughout the whole grid. BTW, my personal best this weekend was a 2:25.2 - clearly you're ready to race!
