Hair poll - How do you stay sexy AFTER you get off the Ninja.

We all look sexy when we're zipping by on our Ninjas but how do you stay sexy when you're off the bike. Specifically, what do you do about your hair? Does your hair get all flat and messy after a ride? Any "styling" tips?

I usually just keep it buzzed short. But if its starting to show that 3 row mohawk then a bandanna keeps it in check.

I have a car follow me with my barber, personal shopper, and a masseuse. the moment i step off the bike they tend to my fashion and comfort needs. During the 99.9% of the time that they can't keep up with my ninja i just kind of wet my hair and comb it with my fingers.

I usually rock the messy, just got out of bed look, so when I get off the bike I just mess up my hair and im good to go, the only problem is when my hair gets long enough that it is poking out the back of my helmet when I take it off it is sticking out straight back and up from the wind, that is when it is time for a hair cut.

i got me some long, thick hair. i'll usually knot the stuff hanging outside the helmet, and wear a skull cap or a bandana so as to prevent some wicked helmet head. i rarely ride without one or the other...failure is not an option!

My hair is long now so I braid it but I also wear a bandana, on the bike and off. I voted for hat though I don't wear 'em bandana's I suppose are close.

W/out braid

Just Braid (try and overlook the cute dog )

When I go to work I normally carry my Hair Gel in my backpack. Outside of work I just deal with messy hair. Hair is short, but can still be messed up easily.

I just wear a bandana and a ponytail so my hair doesn't get in my face when riding. I'm one of the lucky ones that never gets helmet hair. When i take my helmet and bandana off, i just run my hand in my hair and voila. I love my hair. In the morning i just give it a quick brush and i'm out the door.

My hair is straight and usually shakes out with no problems. Sometimes I'll put a little bit of water on it and comb it.

I 've got long wavy/curly hair and have a fresh ponytail ready to go at all times. Usually have some kind of hat or bandana with me, if not both. It's poorly behaved on a good day so helmet hair isn't that far off the beaten path.

Like Paul, my hair does what it darn well pleases with or without the helmet, so a ponytail is my default hair style. I normally just pull it up again after I put on the helmet - I do also have a mini-brush in my tank bag should I need my hair to actually attempt to behave.

Sometimes carry a hat, depending on where I am going and what I am doing. But I am already so sexy with this blue ninja that I just let my hair go to tone the sexiness down so, you know, to keep the groupies in check. My wife gets upset when they attack and I get upset when they can't keep their hands off my blue baby.

Very interesting thread and quite a problem to say the least! I've tried 3 different lengths... 1. short 2. less short 3. longer than short all have their own difficulties. Soooooo I've opted for 2. less short combined with thick fiber gel and a few quick messy swoops of the hands to lay it out loose and messy....... its a terrible battle The guys are so lucky when choosing their shorter haircuts!

What hair I have remaining sort of negotiates space inside the hwlmwt on a folicle by folicle basis. Each time I take off the helmet is a new expression of some sort of free form improvised art.

Underarmor gangsta cap.

or Under Armor TO cap.

take your pick. I might add that it keeps crap out of your helmet pads--like
hair gel and oil, grease, ukus (lice) and of course, fleas.
