Welcome to the forum. Sit on the ninja, and see how you like the bike at first, then make the decision.

Do you currently run rearsets?

I'm 6'1 and fit fine, although I am not sure a rear set wouldn't make it that much better... My longest ride so far has only been 3hrs straight seat time.
I do plan on ordering a set next month, but I am mainly doing it for ascetics.

I've heard that with taller riders, rearsets help get the rider's knees down below the lip on the tank so you can squeeze the tank a little.

From my 5'10" tall riding experience, rearsets make a sporty riding posture much easier, but they cramp my legs. For long term rides, they're a little aggressive, but once you get accustomed to them, they really aren't bad at all.

The first couple longer rides of the season (2 hours or more) always have a rest stop in them just to get ride of stiff legs though...
