New Guy
Hey there, bought my 2005 Ninja 250 with 6800 miles for $2000 about 2 months ago. Got my permit, and now my license and have 8400 miles on it now. I love this thing and don't plan on upgrading.
Nothing too fancy on it, I just like to ride and have it look nice and clean. Before After Now: Today the bottom fairing is getting painted black to match. Then I will decide if I want to take off the rest of the decals, and get new ones to place where I want. I would like to put the NINJA on the front fairing where it says kawasaki now, and put kawasaki on the tank and maybe something else on the side fairings The paint drawing of a possibility |

I would have to say it is definitely getting there.
Once it is all black and I get new decals/ or a kit such as this http://bikevinyl.com/universal-full-.../prod_124.html It will look pretty sweet! I asked the owner of the site to draw it up for me quick and he sent me this Still deciding if I like it or not though |

Welcome, I noticed that you are in NY. Where exactly? Maybe one day when I have a bike we could meet-up for a bit of riding NY style.

It's actually around 2 hours and 15 mins . Anyway, that rode to Utica would be great for motorcycles. Boring and nauseating for cars lol. You mean Howe caverns? Yeah it's really fun! Never saw a diamond though

Its basically a cliff of rocks which have "herkimer diamonds" in them. if a real diamond scores a 10 their's score a 7. I found some decent ones. Very neat idea if you are original enough to mine the diamond for your womans ring I went and had a blast finding them, very challenging to get good clear ones in one piece. Though some of them in the shops showcases are amazing. Since you live near there you should go http://www.herkimerdiamond.com/ |

Just picked the fairing up from a coworker
Had to replace the heat shielding I took off for painting Here she is after being painted! Now I am just waiting on my new ninja decals to go on the bottom fairing and I gotta come up with something to go on the back sides of the bike. Though I am thinking of taking the current Kawasaki off, putting Kawasaki in letters on the tank and putting the ninja on the front fairing where it says kawasaki now Let me know what you think |
