Dayton Ohio meet early 2015

OK, I plan an annual meet and greet in Dayton Oh. every year. The location is Little York Tavern in Dayton. http://www.littleyorktavern.net/
They have great food, plenty of parking and easy to get to.

DATE: 2/28/15 @5 pmish. If you are on AFJ or OR please post if you are attending, otherwise just post here if you are.

We do not ride for this one. It is a sit and chat meet so, when the riding season hits we do more riding than talking. It actually works well, the first year (2012) about 30 riders showed. Only one on a bike.

Its not directly in Dayton. It is in Butler TWP. at 75 and Little York rd. It's between Vandalia and Huber heights.

Same time/place as originally stated? I think I can make it there at 5:00-5:15 as long as I'm out of work at a good time.

Who do I look for when I'm there? I don't wanna walk in, asking for the group of motorcyclists who all drove and are all completely new people to me.

I get a little sheepish sometimes.

It's not, it started with a poll on where to go. I suggest you find a place with good food, room, parking and easily accessible from the highway. Then start a poll on the date.

Had a fun time! Got to meet some new faces over food and drink. Weather turned a little sour on the way home, but I got to end a slow drive with some sliding around the empty parking lots on campus.

Did y'all know it's possible to make a complete circular wide-arcing, tokyo-drift-style, full-lock drift in a FWD car? I didn't know that before this evening, but it totally is! Pitch it with the ebrake, correct as far as you can with the steering until you get to the locks, then drive the nose with the throttle. As long as you pitch it quick enough, the rear will continue to slide indefinitely and you can keep a constant speed, constant arc slide for as long as you want.

Let off the gas and the rear rotates, get on the gas and the nose pulls into shape. Things like this make me want to own a large parking lot some day.
