Is this bend bad enough to worry about?
I trust this method because the left fork shows no sign of light and passes smoothly through the triples while this fork has a little resistance passing through the triples.

Installing the gsxr shock, I know the top bolt has to have load on it before you tighten to spec torque. What about the rest? Can I put the bike on the rear stand to torques them down? I am going to have problems fitting a torque wrench between the jack stands if so

I didn't have a load on the bottom bolt when I did mine. But then again, it came loose and I had to re torque. Obviously, the 2nd time it had a load on it. You got the rear wheel off? Should be pretty easy to get to that way, load or no load.

I have the rear wheel on but jack stands under the peg brackets. They're what's the problem

Bike is all buttoned up, took it for a ride down the road. Haven't touched suspension at all because I just wanted to ride.

Front- Seems to be fine, although when I was doing quick swerves in my lane, it seemed to almost want to lose control. I'm thinking rebound or front is lowered too much/rear too high.

Rear-Not really sure if this is a rear issue, but the bike seems to be jumping or wobbling at high speed turns 60+mph. I would say oscilating is a good description of it. I'm thinking rebound is too high and its wanting to push out of the bike up.

Now, I will dive into the mysteries of suspension and come out a magician

I set the sag on front and rear, both at 28.5 mm, completely on accident.
Racetech called for 25-30 mm up front and 23-32mm in the rear so I should be set.
Also, I turned the compression counter clockwise until it stopped, then back in 3 half turns. It didn't click and I know people say clicks so I measured half turns instead

Two questions
1.Should I be concerned that it took 22mm of preload in the front to get within my sag requirements?

2.The bottom adjustment on the GSXR shock is rebound, and its labeled H<->S. Is Hard fast rebound, and soft slow rebound?

idk 1 but 2 is hard = fast and soft = slow iirc

it's probably way too hard right now coming off a gsxr, especially with the way you described the 60+ mph jump

make sure to record all changes to a notebook so you can go back to something if a change doesn't work out like you hoped, baseline is the most important once you find that. Of course when in doubt it is worth it to dish out $40-50 to the track suspension guru to make sure it's a good baseline setup for you. After that I personally wouldn't touch it but to each their own as you can always put it back to where they set it

Took it for a test and the previous issues appear fixed Bike felt good at turns @ 35-40 as well as a few 70+, no wobbling.

I haven't touched rebound on the rear yet, still need to understand it better. Overall the suspension feels a little on the softer side compared to my R1, but not sure if it's an issue yet.

Minor setback. Low-sided in a roundabout at low speeds wearing my suit. Perfectly okay and bike seems fine. The weird thing is I could barely tell the front tire even lost traction, I stayed on the throttle hoping it would come back but the bike just kept getting lower and lower until it was sliding and I wasn't on it.

Hmmmm.......obviously not enough information to be able to tell you anything useful. One thought that just pops to mind is that if your light on front end traction (not going so fast and hard to overwhelm the front tire) then getting on the gas extends the forks and takes weight off the front tire and can reduce traction. Front end would feel a little lighter making it difficult to "feel" what the front was doing and if it was going to slide.

Was the front end lowside entering the corner, steady state middle of the corner, or exiting the corner?

@sharky nrk What did you do to the damping rod that wasn't according to racetech's instructions?

Also, my compression and rebound seem very soft and racetech told me to go up to .85kg/mm springs to fix my preload, compression, and rebound issues. Guess I'll be ordering new springs and some 20 and 30W oils to play with it.
