It seems to have been a mild high side due to lock and release of the rear tire.
I believe so because the rider CG was moved upwards first.

I've seen this happen numerous times. An invisible force hits you from the rear and completely knocks you off your bike. Sometimes there is alcohol involved but most of the time it's just your head stuck up your ass.
This would never have happened on a Honda Gold Wing trike!

you cant see much. all you can see is a crooked, fully compressed front tire, and the rider going over the handle bars. it tells you two things. a: rider doesn't know how to properly brake, or was trying to endo. and b: rider doesn't know how to properly grip the bike with lower body, or was screwing up an endo.

He nailed the front brake and bottomed out his front forks so hard that it spooked him. That's that clicking sound you can hear.
