I just checked my lap times from my first day at Chuckwalla going counter clockwise. My best time was a 2:42. Keep in mind the day before that I had been at Chuck going clockwise and had also gone to a track day at Buttonwillow 2 months before. So.....2:45 doesn't sound bad to me!

I will likely set up one of these days for this coming March. That should give everyone plenty of time to get their finances/gear in order and get ready. The first track day is almost always the most expensive. If you'd like to come out before then you're always welcome - just PM me!

You seen that I recommended back to back track days in my other thread. The second consecutive day is better than 3/4 track days spread out. I see most of my big gains on those 2nd days. You might too.

Yea I get it. The first day I really learned the track well and when I know whats coming I can start speeding up (ya know so I might actually need to use the brakes before a turn).
