250r not getting power

Ok I have a 05 ninja 250r that isn't getting any power I checked battery connections there all good check all the connections there all good any ideas on what could be causing this problem

Also my headlight is not working and the neutral light isn't working was working two days ago but not anymore changed the bulb still not working all wires are good and connected you can put the bike in first and roll it back and fourth won't move much click it up have a click where neutral is and it goes into neutral but the bike isn't registering that it's in neutral any help would be greatly appreciated

You should get power to the dash no matter the gear. Main fuse?
