Noob that finally joined from San Diego area

Hi, I saw this site several times and every time would click on it and check it out. It has a lot of cool information and a lot of helpful stuff in it. After looking around, it made me wanna join. So here I am, I have a 2010 blue ninja 250 and began riding exactly a month ago.

google Highland Valley Road. you live right next to one of the best roads available.

edit: oh yeah, be careful. advanced roads. not for toying with.

edit2: oh yeah or just head down poway road toward the lake... good stuff down that way but more cars than HVR

I just checked out a youtube video of the road and it looks sick. I'll definetly check it out soon. My friend downed my bike yesterday so I'm waiting on signals and shift lever.

Does anyone ever meet in SoCal?

Edit 1: BTW, I live right next to the 67, so that road is perfect

we actually meet quite often between the riders in SD and LA (and everything between)... we've got a few meets coming up.. check out the group rides section

Definetly, I'll cruise by if I get a word of upcoming meet. I'm pretty interested to see everyone's bike.

We've had two SoCal Tech Days in September. Next month, we might have one sometime around the 22nd.
Swing by. It's awesome! Plus, you'll meet some extremely knowledgeable riders.

Welcome fellow SoCal rider!!! We definitely do meet up on a fairly regular basis... new members are always welcome at any of our meets or rides... just keep your eyes peeled to the group ride section. We are planning a tech day on Oct. 22nd.
