There are plenty of electric rc bikes. The brushless one on LiPo is ridiculous! Lol

Look for thunder tiger SB-5. A few of us have them in Texas and they work really good. They have a pro kit version that's all alloy and carbon fiber or the RTR plastic version. I have the RTR (cheap) version and it works great. Just needs better tires that what comes in the box.

That's really not a bad price for a "hobby grade" R/C. My truck was $400 or $450 new. 5th scale should be a good size too.

Wow those were world's? I should've bought one of those things. I probably could've podiumed with just a little practice with the rc motos. The cars are way faster and easier to drive.

Super nerdy confession. I was an rc car racer. I was slightly into it...like PN racing national kyosho mini-z champ into it...

I could've been racing go karts in my teens with all the money my dad threw at that hobby.

Nitro was fun but those motors make the aprilia sxv motors seem reliable. My race motors were putting out like 1.1 hp at 42000 rpms. You go through tops ends in about an hour. And the carb had to be richened with every 10-15 degree interval.

We bash, nothing is more fun then ramming into each other or jumping 20' in the air and seeing what you can, or can't brake. And electric is much more fun!

Yea I never got into off road. I started racing electric 27 turn stock 1/10 scale sedan and 19 turn mod class. I also would do 1/12 scale rwd pan car on carpet tracks. Those were fun, total god mode when it came to handling. I couldn't afford to be competitive in expert 1/10 nitro sedan. The tire costs were killing me. It sucked too because I had a chassis I could work with and the motor we had built was stupid strong. Just foam tires are $40 bucks a pop and you needed at least 4 or 5 sets as track surface temp changed.
