You just missed the spring rebate on it. https://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=230239
That's a couple bucks off the normal Walmart price (so it's still pretty cheap even when not on sale). If you're in the Midwest and want to avoid Walmart, Meijer generally has it for the same price.
