You have to consider how much the shocks are compressed from both your weight and the reactive centrifugal force, as well as the deformation of the tires to really understand the lean angles needed to scrape pegs or hit the edge of the tire.

Yeah, it wouldn't be much of a change, but I think on super sticky tires, perfect track conditions and a professional rider, they can get over to 48 degrees or lean.

Man, I really miss my little bike...
On the pregen, after you remove the centerstand and the feelers off your pegs because they keep getting in the way of dragging, you can drag the brake lever.

That tends to apply the rear brakes rather quickly, and you get the same end result.
