Tire Question
Quick question. On my car, I change out the rear and front tires independently since their different sizes. My rear ones are bigger than the front. Since it looks like my rear motorcycle tire is gonna need to be changed soon, should I replace both the front and back? or does it matter?

Normally you would want both new tires and both same brand for best traction

Depends on how you ride but no. Replace them independently, it's common to go through rears before fronts.

I go through 2 - 3 rears to each front on the 250. YMMV.

You might want to change both if you have the stock tires and you are going to upgrade to a better radial tire cause the stock ones are bias ply one. You shouldn't mix an match the 2 kinds it's not a bad thing to do just not the best thing. And what a world of diff the radials made. Rides like a dream

I myself went with the perillis there reasonable priced 110/70 front 140/70 rear but that's what I did. There's a bunch of posts about this floating around on here about this. But it's all up to you
