First fall from side stand

I normally use the central stand.
Yesterday I parked over grass and used the side stand, because it seemed to be more stable.

Well,....the stand penetrated the dirt little by little and, ...swapppp!, to the ground my beloved 250 went.

The bike has been naked for a while, so there was no damage to the fairing.
However, the steel support for the left mirror got deformed, moving towards the front light.

How could I re-bend the support, without breaking it to look symmetrical with the right side?

Thanks

You risk breaking it if you bend it back. Just bend the other side to match.

It's probably not all that noticeable so I would just leave it as is.

Don't forget to change your info, it still says you don't have a motorcycle yet.

Thanks guys.
I just updated my personal info.

Yes, I thought about applying heat, but re-painting will have to follow.

The deformation is severe, so, I don't think that the fairing will fit.
Besides, the mirror has lost some range of adjustment.

If it bent out of shape without heat, then it can bend back. A vice may be helpful. Heat can cause damage to the joint or possibly crack the mirror. Beating on it to straighten it also runs the risk of cracking the glass. If all else fails, ebay sells a bunch of them fairly reasonable.
