That would depend on where exactly it is leaking.

as tight as can be...
Please refer to the link below. No I just filled it up a few days ago because I noticed the reservoir was empty so I assume it was already leaking...nothing other than that. Pics can be found here: http://www.gtamotorcycle.com/vbforum...-of-the-engine

Ok so this happened to me on my first valve adjustment. The valve cover had never been off before but when I pulled it off I also pulled out the 90deg water pipe you have circled in yellow. The O-ring that goes around the bottom to seal the coolant was all deformed and twisted and had been like that from the factory(no leaks though). I couldn't wait for a new O-ring to arrive so I put it back together as it was since it was working before, no luck though. It started slowly weeping the very next day so 4 days later when the new O-ring arrived I installed it with some ****ing grease and that was that.
If your bike has a similar improperly installed O-ring like mine did then its bound to fail prematurely. You need to start buy cleaning the **** out of you bike and drying it, then warm the bike up enough to pressurize the coolant system and find the exact location of the leak. It's probably an easy fix once you find the right seal to replace or hose clamp to retighten. |

where is this o-ring found and which one is the head-thermostat water pipe? Is it an easy fix?
