Could it be worth it?

I'm just thinking, for $900 that's something I'd be able to afford if I put my mind to it. If everything but the plastics and the front wheel are okay then that wouldn't be too bad either, not sure what a wheel costs but it cant be THAT bad + it has a yoshi pipe on it already, plastics are whatever. Would this make a good project bike? My current ride is now maintenance free for at least another 6k miles so I'd have plenty of time to get this baby all fixed up and running like a champ (plastics included) and have me a sexy red 08 250 just like I had my heart set on before I got a bike. Just looking for an expert opinion

+ If I got this rideable that would give me a chance to repair the plastics on my 500

Check it out really well. Could be a diamond in the rough or could fall into the category of "you can't polish a terd". I would buy that in a heartbeat for a track bike if the engine/frame was solid.
