Trimmed my front fender

Decided to reduce the front fender to a more traditional profile, to go with the bike's more traditional new profile. I didn't like the 80s-Katana-style fender, pictured here:


So, a half hour with a Dremel cutter, a reciprocating saw and a belt sander produced this result. I also trimmed the side covers a little more, and painted the chromed plastic swing arm pivot covers:

wheel weights really break up the rim tape =( looks great though.

Actually, I'd like to get rid of that rim tape, but it's stuck on but good.

PO installed it a little crooked, and it doesn't match the paint color, anyhow.

You should take a piece of the fairing, shape it and put something over the tank's bolt holes and mounting area. Should complete and finish the look well.
