Best frame sliders?

Hey everyone! So many types of frame sliders out there, which ones are the best? Or which ones look the best on our Ninjas, in your opinion? Which ones fit?

If there is a wiki section or this has been discussed before, please kindly point me in the right direction

Thanks!

The shoguns, other ones seem like they would move and crack the farings

The Shogun no-cut frame sliders are currently believed to be the best available for the ninjette and they are pretty darn good looking, too.

Has anyone with Shogun sliders had issues with removing the carbs from the left side? I'm trying to decide between the Shoguns and Sato, but the tube on the Shogun looks like it would be tough to remove the carbs....Or am I just seeing things?

Check out this DIY install. Hopefully that will answer your question. I had mine installed, but I don't think you need to mess with the carbs.

The mounting bracket for the sliders does get in the way while trying to adjust the idle mixture screws. It can still be done, just tougher to squeeze the tools in there!

I have the Puig frame sliders on my bike. I don't know if these are better or at par with the shoguns and dont intend to test them as well.

http://www.puigusa.com/tuning-bikes/...234-r49-m2439/

I initially wanted to buy the shogun's but although they say its a no-cut slider you have to grind the counter shaft cover, which i didn't want to do. Plus the Puig is almost 50% cheaper than the shogun. My mechanic says these are good enough so I'm at peace with myself.

The shoguns look really strong and are fab looking too.
