Question chain issue

So when I was putting new front sprocket on, one of the plastic ring spacers came out of my chain, only has 4500 miles on it. Is this going to be a problem or am I good for few thousand more miles

That link is going to wear faster than the others. You can run it but keep it cleaned and lubed well. Or.... just cut it off and reconnect the chain with a new master link.
