Hello from North Central Florida

Hello all. I recently purchased an 03 yellow 250. I am a new rider. Thanks to all who contribute or have contributed to this site as well as the ninja250.org site, as I have found a wealth of information that I have already put to good use. So far, I've added new Kenda 671's, sonic springs fork springs, EBC brake pads, and just as importantly, quickly realized what not to buy- stuff to try to make the bike "faster". I've only gotten to ride this and one other bike, a Suzuki Marauder, but this bike is fantastic in comparison. It is "intuitive", the only word I can think of to describe it. It goes where I intend it to go, and is always predictable, turning, braking, and accelerating.

Welcome to the site. Congrats on the bike choice as well. What part of Florida are you in, as in how far from Orlando?

The motard and kart track is open but the new track is in question. It was supposed to be finished but there are safety problems (especially for motorcycles). Hopefully you can ride out there and bring us good news.
