Howdy from South Texas

Name here is Alan, I started riding back in '95 on a Honda Elite 50 and moved to a '94 EX250 about a year later. Long story short, I stopped riding in '98 until '08 when I picked up a '06 EX250 and rode it from time to time on very short (10 minute) commute through some back roads.

3 years later, I moved a little further away from work and started riding full time again in "real" street conditions and am just now getting the feeling for riding back. FWIW, it took a cager trying to run me over to snap me back into it. I was having a visual fixation problem and had started to push the bike around with my lower body.

My other interests include electronics, shooting, hunting, linux, computers in general, and ham radio amongst other things.

Looking forward to hanging out with everyone!
