BS, Both Yoshimura and Vance and Hines have EPA compliant mufflers. You had to be EPA compliant to meet California Air Resources Board certification.

I like the direction they are going. Personally, I will stick with my stock pipes though.
Honestly, I can't see this being a big seller in the HD community. They do claim an 11% increase from a dyno according to their website. What I cant see is a decibel rating comparison to stock. Would be nice to see.
