BS, Both Yoshimura and Vance and Hines have EPA compliant mufflers. You had to be EPA compliant to meet California Air Resources Board certification.

I like the direction they are going. Personally, I will stick with my stock pipes though.
Honestly, I can't see this being a big seller in the HD community.
They do claim an 11% increase from a dyno according to their website. What I cant see is a decibel rating comparison to stock. Would be nice to see.

What's the CARB regulation governing that? Anything behind the catalytic converter (the muffler) just needs to meet one requirement and that's noise below 86db and that's a vehicle code regulation. Intakes and pod filters need a CARB Executive Order # (EO#).

Dynojet got fined a million dollars for their jet kits and Power Commanders. You'll notice there's now a California version of the PC3.
