need help!

hi guys so i looked under my bike today and i noticed there was a tube like thing hanging is that normal? or was it suppose to be connected to something. check out the image it will show u what i mean

Is it okay that I put in little extra oil and little extra coolant ? Or bad I didn't mean to do it on purpose lol

Oil level should between the lines next to the sight glass/window, with the bike upright,NOT ON THE SIDE STAND!!! , if you slightly overfill the coolant it make overflow.

I over filled the oil in my first oil change like an idiot. I was dropping oil for over a week until it leveled out
