why I ride

it never fails.

on the way home yesterday I'm making a right turn past some stopped on coming cars waiting to make a left hand turn.

When some 20 something hotness gives me a thumbs up from one of the cars as I pass...

if only she knew under all that gear was a grey hair old guy...

Yes some "elderly" do ride purple and yellow 600cc rockets of crotch, and if you listen carefully, you can hear the knees creak over the rumble from the Yosh RS3's

no, didn't stop... Bones jumping dismissed out of hand. I'm sure a conversation about motorcycles over a cup of coffee (or perhaps a Cosmo and a nice single malt) was a possibility... until the helmet came off.

I'm pretty sure what ever movie was playing in her head, was more Paul Walker "Fast and Furious" and less Kevin Kline "Las Vegas"

She was just being polite as she thought, "look at that old buzzard thinking he's young and hot. I'll make his day and give him a thumbs up (as she is secretly thinking, I hope he makes it home in one piece)".

If you're into girls who hate their dad, yeah. It's also a pretty damn cool first date, but other than that, nah.

Well, maybe. My bike doesn't really provide much sex appeal. The seat's made of duct tape and I've made no attempt at cleaning up my wiring.
