It's like marching bands except with bikes. Stuff like this is disturbingly easy on foot and I can't imagine it being too difficult with bikes so long as everyone is concentrating on it.

In the 50's ???

How could they do that without GPS, Android phones, slip-clutchs, apps or ABS brakes?

I doubt that was "easy"
With the number of people and relatively complex formations.
bikes were a bit more tricky to operate in 1932

It shows discipline and attention to detail.

It was an excellent display!

@Klondike1020: that sounds like such an awesome idea! Ninjette army. You might want to put a disclaimer on the poster that if you have a phobia of bees, the performance could be a trigger for you.

@allanoue great video!

It's hard enough to get more than 5 people on the same page to do anything. This took some practice no doubt.

Synchronized riding is not easy. Anything done really well looks easy.

That is awesome!

And it was by no means easy. I wonder how much practice went into that!

to those who may think that I said this is easy, I mean that at the point where they are at with the amount of practice that they have put in it is easy to them at that point. In the beginning it was likely a bit of a cluster**** where everyone was riding the clutch to make sure they weren't hitting each other. With marching band the movements are second nature and inherently easy as a result of the number of times that you have done the drills. The more experienced you get the less time it takes to learn the drills.

That said, I'm down to try this and I think it could definitely be done again if enough people are willing. the skill and technique of actually pulling it off would be easier than getting the people to practice it and do it.

Motorcycles uniforms fuel parking lots and hundreds of people who spend their days rehearsing formations.

Those bikes in the vid look more like Guzzi Falcone militare (500 cc) 1950 - 1967 than like G.T. 17 (500 cc) 1932 - 1939.

Military versions of the Guzzi Falcone Sport 500 singles were made from 1950 to 1967 and were long favored by the Italian police.
