new old guy
Hey everyone,
So last weekend I bought a 07' 250. and to put it simply.. I love it. I've owned 3 bikes in the past. 96 Rebel 250, 02 Ducati Monster 750 and a GS400 which I'm still building. I must admit the first time I rode the ex250 i was a little disappointed, I remember opening the throttle and waiting for it to start moving, being so used to the monster this felt so much slower, I followed my normal commute route and ended up on JFK BLVD east heading to the lincoln Tunnel. Nice little windy road, 25-30 mph speed limit. At those speeds the monster isn't a lot of fun, but the ninja made me smile. This is by far the most fun i've had on 2 wheels. |

Honda Rebel Monster 750 GS400 The 81' GS400 is being built using 636 front end and ninja 250 rear end. My intention was to finish it in a few months but it just work out. I havent taken pics of the ninja yet. |

Cool looking bikes! The Ninjettes are in a class by themselves even if they aren't rockets! I'm originally from NY - 1.5 hrs north of the city. Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for the warm welcome, anyone from the NY metro area?
I also may ditch the GS400 project entirely. Is anyone interested in the 636 front end? I tried posting to the for sale section but i need to wait for the 30 days to pass. |
