How to unstuck a rusted clutch cable adjuster?
Clutch is a bit loose. Need to adjust it, however previous owner neglected the bike and the twisty cable adjusters located next to the clutch lever on the handlebars is stuck and won't twist. I've tried WD40 penetrating fluid and let it sit for a couple hours to no success. My hands alone probably can't get a good amount of torque. Is there a tool I could use specifically for this? I assume the notch in the circular nut is for something?

Undo locknut first. Spin it away from lever. Right-hand rule.
Use some pliers or channel-locs if necessary. |
