Will these fit if you have aftermarket clip on's or do they need factory bars to mount?

This will work with either stock or aftermarket bars.

Do you have access to other mount kits at similar prices or the versions for dirtbikes?

I have a mount kit for a Duc Monster, and RSV4. Other than that, mount kits can be bought from GPR for $125, which still keeps the total price really low... at least lower than I have ever found.
