Thank you all, so much..

You made me cry. I am sure that was not your intentions. Just swept away.

It has been a long struggle that started last year with lung cancer, she was 'cured' of it in Febuary with a surgery that went in and got out all the bad stuff. Her suffering started again in July when it was discovered that she had brain cancer. They started treating for that and of course that treatment was kemo and made her feel horrible. They also decided to test for other things and found that she had bone cancer as well, in the begining of August. During the course of the month she developed Thrush (for those that don't know its a yeast infection in your mouth, it changes the way things taste and stops the forming of siliva so it gets really hard to swallow.) Because of that and diabetes she almost went into a comatose state at the end of August. That was the turn for the worst because it was so hard for her to eat. It allowed the cancer the win I think. Anyway. I got a call on Tuesday that she wasn't going to last until the 23rd, which was my original date for flying out to CA. So I changed my plans and left the next day (yesterday the 15th). Unfortunately I missed her by 20 minutes. I was on the ground, getting my rental when she took her last breaths. Perhaps she knew I was there, I told her I was coming the day before when I talked at her. She wasn't talking back but... Either way. She is not suffering anymore.

Thank you again, for your thoughts, prayers, and best wishes.

Thinking of you.... Its bum hand we're dealt when a loved one goes in such a manner. Pass on our best wishes to you family. They are not alone. We are all diminished by the loss of anyone who was cherished and loved by the world. Take Care.
