Hello from Tubesock

Hey guys I'm new to riding and just got a new 2009 Ninja 250r, the green special edition. I was born in Baltimore but now I live in Chattanooga. I'm currently in the U.S. Army and going to college. When I graduate going to be an officer, school sux though. And I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a fender eliminator kit for my bike.

WELCOME tubesock, yeah there's some pretty sweet DIY fender elim jobs out there, if I woulda known about them I prolly woulda saved the hun and change i spent on the competition werks fender elim kit. But I think either the targa(which is a no cut jobby apparently) or the competition werks are the sharpest of the kits.

Hmmm, going to be a grunt huh. Well just remember that when you are flying to and from where you need to be, some of those pilots LOVE to make the dudes in the back blow chunks, although I have heard a few have gotten payback. An aircraft went down in the Rockies and the only access was by snow mobile, the SF guys were able to get in/out. A few investigators, all pilots, from the safety center was going to out to the site and once they got on the snowmobiles, as passengers, the drivers, all SF, told the pilots, "its payback time" They got the wildest, scariest ride imaginable.
